I'm too young for this. But here I am, two years postpartum, still leaking when I jump.
A hands-on evening workshop for postpartum moms who are done being told leaking, pressure, and core weakness are just part of motherhood.
Only 8 spots per class. This one will sell out.
You were cleared at six weeks. You tried kegels. You figured this was just what your body is now. But two, three, even five years later, something still is not right. You are not imagining it, and you are not alone.
I cannot jump. I plan my whole day around bathroom breaks.
Bladder leakingI feel like I am sitting on something all the time. Like there is constant pressure that never fully goes away.
Pelvic pressureI feel like I have no core anymore. I cannot engage my abs at all.
Core disconnectMy stomach pushes forward when I move. I can see a bulge when I exercise.
Diastasis rectiI have to wear a pad during workouts. I am 34 years old.
Stress incontinenceMy back hurts when I lift my kids. I feel exhausted and disconnected from my body.
Postpartum recoveryCommon does not mean normal. These symptoms have real, treatable causes and they are exactly what The Pelvic Floor Fix is built around. You will walk away with language for what is happening, tools to start changing it, and a clear path forward.
This is not a lecture. It is an intimate, hands-on evening workshop where Dr. Katie walks you through how your pelvic floor and core actually work, what is going wrong, and what to do about it. We keep it small on purpose. Eight moms max. Come for the education, stay for the community.
Finally understand how your pelvic floor, deep core, and breath work together and why they might not be.
Learn how to identify diastasis recti and what to do (and what not to do) about it. Many moms have it and do not know.
Hands-onThe breathing patterns that protect your pelvic floor during lifting, exercise, and everyday mom life.
When your body is ready to run, lift, and jump again and the signs it is telling you to slow down first.
Every attendee leaves with a clear path forward and a special offer to book a new patient pelvic floor evaluation with Dr. Katie.
Included with your ticketAsk the questions you have been embarrassed to bring up elsewhere. This is a safe, judgment-free space.
This class is appropriate for all postpartum stages. Whether you are 4 months out or 4 years out and realizing you never really healed.
Lifting your toddler. Making it through a workout. Laughing without leaking. Feeling strong in your own skin again. These are not too much to ask for. They are exactly what pelvic floor physical therapy is designed to restore and this class is your first step.
Common does not mean normal. And you do not have to live with this.
